Experience
Randy is a member of the Firm's Executive Committee. He has over twenty years of experience providing tax, accounting and consulting services with extensive practical experience advising owners of closely held businesses, small entities and medium size growth-oriented companies. His effective problem solving, leadership and communication skills strengthen his ability to perform, review, and supervise client engagements.

Randy focuses a majority of his energy in the construction industry. He has been instrumental in acquiring financing, improving profitability, implementing succession plans and enhancing the overall quality of life for many clients.

Randy has taught cash flow training to other professionals, authored various newspaper and magazine articles relating to profit improvement and spoken at numerous engagements about budgeting, cash flow, and profit improvement.
